FYI - Colchester’s Woolworths and Zavvi stores are still empty. Both are huge, and they were neighbours too. So that’s a big chunk of emptiness for a year now. Mind you, there are enough shops there to fill the gap.

Walked passed the woolworths in Ipswich town yesterday (I dont go in very often) and it's still empty........
