<Scratches head> Without wanting to give away any spoilers, the end of the film did seem rather... final. I assume what they're talking about is actually a prequel?

AFAIK, the intention was to have a series of films building up to Guillermo's version of Godzilla.
Having watched the film again for a second time, it's fun and all, but oh my goodness, you wouldn't have thought it was a Guillermo film. It's like it's from 'The Big Book Of Action Movies by Numbers'.

Actually went to the cinema last night. Saw Rush. Loved it.

Nah, they can do better than that.

I'm happy as long as Russell Mulcahy is involved.
Heck, I think I'd be happy without his involvement if the finished film is good, I'm just pleased he's still involved with the remake/reboot.
