First day of Peterborough Beer Festival today. Tomorrow morning could be... unpleasant.

Morning all. Beer Festival is looking good. They've even managed to get the tent up without it getting rained on too much so the site is the quagmire it's been once or twice in the past. On the down side they've stopped letting you have a wee taste before you commit to a beer  Instead you can get 1/3 of a pint in a diddy wee glass for a little more than 1/3 of the price of the full pint. Grrr Anywho, have a great day folks.

Morning world, In the big smoke for auditing purposes, enjoyed a lovely social evening with added sight-seeing by night last evening, a very tasty dinner, some silliness and some excellent beer with good company and plenty of laughter. I'm looking forward to doing it again sometime. For now though, I'm sitting in Costa with a cup of tea waiting for my first vict..*cough* uhh store to open _________________The Official "Saucy Minx" This above all: To Thine Own Self Be True "Red sky at night, Shepherds Delight"..Which is a bit like Shepherds Pie, but with whipped topping instead of mashed potato.

Well an extra hour to get into work today thanks to FGW - and of course the day after the fares go up by 3.5%
You have to laugh as otherwise it would be up to the 18th floor and a quick jump
