Quote:
Countdown babe Rachel Riley told to clear dress choice with bosses after outfit outrage

COUNTDOWN host Rachel Riley has had a dressing down over her wardrobe, insiders say. Channel 4 bosses are said to have told the maths wizard she must clear all her outfits in advance with them. They have demanded she send them pictures of anything she plans to wear.

It is understood they took action after being particularly offended by one outfit chosen by the 26-year-old, who replaced Carol Vorderman on the popular gameshow.

They want photos of her in all her outfits because they were offended by one of them. Undoubtedly they will want to make sure that none of her future outfits are equally as offensive. This presumably requires them to examine the photos closely. In private.

Offended? How pathetic a human being would you have to be in order to be offended - no, particularly offended - by one of Rachel's outfits?

Which outfit was so offensive? Was she wearing a pony girl outfit or something? This is just silly.

1. I suspect that's BS.

2. That decision should be left to the public!

It might not have been revealing enough.

Yes, I'm somewhat disgusted that she's wearing clothes at all.

(joke, for god's sake).

That or some octogenarian suffered a heart attack because there was a touch too much leg on show.

Oh yeah, and this whole thing might have more to do with Countdown changing it's time slot if what I read elsewhere's correct... I suspect it's publicity and nothing more.

I've always hated the way she looks because of her hair - neither short enough nor long enough. Just watching 8 out of 10 cats on 4music and it's just right - accentuates her beauty. Looks a lot hotter imo.

There used to be the odd short skirt but a quick wander back suggests 'just above the knee' was pretty much the standard length.
