Chilly this a.m with frost all over the car so finally dug the coat out

Afternoon all, Looks like I've been dropped in it... Was told this morning that I have to cover an English class this afternoon. No prep, no materials, no nothing.  Apparently everyone else knew about it 2 weeks ago but nobody thought to mention it to me.  Oh well... Lo peeps Sunny Dingwall is a thing of the past - snowy Dingwall took over as of breakfast time  Medical news from Snowy Dingwall is that there has probably been some nerve damage from the accident and I'm off to see a neurologist soon who will pump me with wigglyamps to examine the extent of said damage. My left shoulder is faffed - ultrasound tomorrow to examine the extent...... Meanwhile the actual reason for me being here continues apace - much physio and exercise in the hydrotherapy pool twice a day and if I'm a good boy, they might let me out for the weekend  Al

Morning all. Frosty this morning, had to scrape the car off before I could go to work. Turn up to find out we've completely run out of coffee I've made good use of resources by sending the helpdesk to the shops to buy more.

Had to submit to cycling trousers today after yesterday (no more shorts  , I would like to point out I ride a mountain bike so don’t feel the need for tight lycra gear) glad I did as it was very frosty this morning. Back in the car tomorrow FF! Morning all
