IIRC Amazon recently reintroduced P&P charges for item totals below £10.

Only certain items though, but it's already seen me go elsewhere.

Conversation between a customer and the shop assistant in M&S this morning. Customer was buying a leopard print blouse.

SA : "That's very nice, I like that design.'
CU : "Yes, it never goes out of fashion does it?'
SA : "No, it's lovely."

I don't want to get all metrosexual, but [LIFTED][LIFTED]balls.

That's because it's never been in fashion.

Forbiddenplanet.co.uk - search for anything, it'll give a bunch of totally unrelated results alongside the vaguely-related keywords of your search. And there's no filters either

Wow what career suicide. Almost as good as Mel Gibson's past efforts.

He's young enough to come back from it, but it'll take a while

When I tell people I'll dropbox them some files, and they're like 'How does that work?'

True but I think it will also cost him dearly in the meantime. It might be unrecoverable or he might be forced to do something different but related to acting.

To be honest, I know what they mean. I've never completely grasped how DropBox is supposed to actually work, and I'm not that thick.

Same here. I haven't quite got the hang of the public folders for collaboration. But I am a bit thick.

It syncs a folder on your machine to one on their servers which you can then make available to people either publicly or privately via email. The person you're sharing with can also add/remove files to it.
I use it a lot for shunting photos around to people, we use it at work to take backups of documentation. It's jolly handy, and well worth using.
There's even a service called Spotdox which further extends the service so you can remotely access your entire machine from another device.
