Morning all. For reasons long complicated and rankly rather dull, I have today off work but am completely at a loose end. I shall probably got to the gym later but beyond that I have absolutely no clue what to do beyond get some breakfast. Oh and it's raining

Blah! In work just to meet someone this morning and just got a call to say he's not left the office in Fareham yet. Oh well. Need to find out if work will pay me to fill the time working here, or whether I need to go twiddle my thumbs on campus. ION: Currently laptop-less, but hopefully not for too long!

Morning World, Somewhat out of touch with the online world of late. Food Festival at the weekend was brilliant but exhausting, workload at regular job is exhausting and ever-expanding, so much so that we get a temp in next week for the next 8-9 weeks until we move buildings. Currently at home sick with all the flu-like symptoms of cancer of the ebolas, tonsilitis, chest and sinus infection and perforated eardrum, I have good drugs and am slowly making progress away from the death so it's hopefully back to work tomorrow (I'm starting, ever-so-slightly to get bored of sleeping) Otherwise, life marches on and I am about to start (next Monday) my NEBOSH Cert in Health & Safety, that's going to be a whole heap of extra work on top of my current work, but *Yay* for the qualifications, Membership of a professional body and letters after my name ("cert NEBOSH" in case you're wondering) *Boo* for the homework, lack of sleep and being away from homeness. Now, I think my body is ready for a nap _________________The Official "Saucy Minx" This above all: To Thine Own Self Be True "Red sky at night, Shepherds Delight"..Which is a bit like Shepherds Pie, but with whipped topping instead of mashed potato.

Afternoon all.
I did something to my back last night doing the outrageous activity of turning over in bed. Not a happy bunny, still at least Ibuprofen seems to be taking the edge off.
