The PC Pro 2013 Customer Reliability Survey. Right at the end it asks if you'd like to invite up to 3 other people to complete the survey with a choice of Yes or No. The No button doesn't work. If you click Yes then it takes you to a page to fill in the requisite details. The cancel button on that page doesn't work either. Fortunately you can just navigate away from the page but it's a bit of FAIL IMHO, especially for a professional PC magazine. Mind you, it is still Dennis Publishing so I guess I shouldn't be that surprised.

It was my sister's first wedding anniversary so they hosted a party. I duly took my camera and flash. The flash died about a quarter of the way in and then only at the end did I realise the camera had been shooting in Jpeg rather than raw. I did remember to take the spare camera battery but didn't need it.

Go to cancel a comic subscription AGAIN due to previous FAIL on their part (they still sent me issue 2, really useful, so presumably I've been charged n'all), and get put through to the Indian call centre... That was a meeting of accents and a subscriper number that either had noughts or 'o's in it. In the end, I just gave up.

Just cancel the Direct Debit, they'll soon get the idea.

Chelmsford council's How To Spot a Bee page.

Now, I don't know about you, but I think some pictures of bees and wasps would be good to include.

2 1/2 hours to get home last night due to 'someone under the train' on the tube. I don't know if it was self inflicted or an accident but this is a regular occurence in London and we usually respond 'Why do they have to do it in the rush hour?'

Heatless bastards we are
