As a PR you can leave and re-enter the country as many times as you want as long as your visa is still valid. Or are you considering the time accrual to become a citizen?

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

Finally sorted some hosting out today for putting my junk on

www.leakedmemory.co.cc

Only free hosting/domain as I'm waiting on a certain hosting company to get back to me about an offer they offered me that was, well pretty wank to be honest

My PR visa expired last year, so now apparently I can't leave without residency, which is two years off. Seems stupid to me, they've granted me residency, but now it's past 5 years I can't go without being here for 2.

WuHoo! You know it's gonna be fun - just try not to break anything too serious this time

Oh wait, you said "test"... hmm - good luck!

One of the scariest things I ever did was ride pillion on a 125 dirt bike over a make-shift track we used to have at a local gravel pit. I was about 15 at the time, and although the skin on my knuckles grew back I never quite recovered my pride from hanging onto a lad the year below for dear life and screaming "Holy sh!t I'm gonna die!"

I've never driven anything bigger than a 50cc Honda myself

Copied from Where do you eat? thread

Just found myself an apartment locally, however viewings are available until next week so wish me luck on that front...

It's pretty close to where I live now, but it'll be fully furnished and a place to myself - if any of you know the situation with the former but potentially re-instated Mrs Blue you'll know why I'm looking.

The pictures make it look lovely (don't they always) but the fact it's furnished would be a big help at this stage.

If you are waiting to get a resident return visa then you'll have to stay in country for two years unless there are compelling reasons, usually compassionate, for you to leave. Make the most of it, or make something up.

All they ever do with me is try and send me on a bloody long trek. I tell them to stuff it, and use my rail card.
