Slightly embarrassed to admit it, but I'd love to have a go on her.

This is all getting a bit too laddish for my taste.

Anyone seen The Little Paris Kitchen? Rachel Khoo has amazing retro style and her shows are always great to watch.

It's currently being shown on Saturday Morning Kitchen with the lovely James Martin

(laddishness reduction for Heather)

Rachel Koo irritates me. Her whole thing just strikes me as contrived.

I don't think it was contrived as in only for the cameras. I think she probably is like that all the time. Whether that is very much... well, it may well be she's got a very specific image of herself she wants to show to the world, is the best way I can put it. You might say that that by definition is contrived, but I wouldn't use the phrase.

I don't like men when they get to that stage of muscley that makes them look like a road map. I hope he's been digitally enhanced 'cos he didn't look like that in Oklahoma!!

Yes, I don't feel the show is contrived, I feel she is contrived. By herself no doubt.

It's a contrived look, I use the term whether it's by storytellers or by hipsters themselves.

And Horrible Histories. Look for her being a singing Queen Mary I in the style of Kate Bush.

And she's also the receptionist Bond flirts with in Quantum of Solace. She's the woman he books a flight with using a traceable credit card and then Bond tells her that in a second her phone is going to ring and she should tell them he's gone to a completely different place. Cue shot of Bond walking around the corner from the desk and the phone starts ringing...

I don't make this stuff up as I go along you know. There's a plan.

Oh and she also appeared in the That Mitchell and Webb Show acting a croupier at a poker tournament while dressed as a dog. That was strangely arousing.
