Instead Disney suggested that hardcore fans should try to import the American version of the Blu-ray disc, which contains Whedon's commentary and the full spear effect.

Fcuk that! This is why I hate film companies and either wait for the superduper100%everythingincluded version or just pirate it. There are some films where there are different versions and some people have gone to the extent of combining them all to get the whole film.

They can suck my Mjolnir :P

The trailer of Total Recall looked good, though ratings are average. So all depends on the profitability. Unless he has a string of costly turkeys they might still use him.

Will that mean the return of the CGI Megan Fox?

Mark Millar becomes Fox's Marvel consultant

Not bad, but an actual director might have been a better idea. Unless they plan on tying the franchises they have together

Does it really matter if he is gay or bisexual? I suppose that the US has a lot of homophobes so it is better to play down such rumours. Though since a number of actors have come out I do not judge their acting on whether they are gay or not.

TBH that haircut is gay and I don't mean the happy or the homosexual meanings either.

Like Action Man, it looks painted on.

I don't give a crap, but his wfe might  , whether she's been an accessory or not

Also, if he isn't completely straight for want of a better phrase, he'll lose a lot of 'advertising' money (watches, Bombardier rep, God knows what else) since it's all presented as him being 'a man's man'. Again

Everybody knows how the press works, but Travolta especially.

Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane to host Oscars

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment ... icRSS20-sa

Quote:
Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane has been announced as the host of next year's Oscars ceremony.

The star is known for his off-beat humour and love of Broadway tunes, qualities which would make him suited to the traditional opening number.

MacFarlane, 38, said it was a "an overwhelming privilege" to be invited to front the ceremony.

Last year, Billy Crystal made his ninth appearance as host after comic actor Eddie Murphy pulled out.

"We are thrilled to have Seth MacFarlane host the Oscars," said producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron in a statement.

"His performing skills blend perfectly with our ideas for making the show entertaining and fresh. He will be the consummate host."

They clearly did not want to risk asking Ricky Gervais. He might have said yes.

Reboot it altogether, have Bullseye hired by the mob, work in Kingpin playing different crews... throw in Elektra as love interest/out for vengeance character. They're the only characters you've got so try giving it a script and going for a trilogy.
