Feeling slightly more optimistic this morning, and apologies for the last few whiney FPOTDs, (or should that be FPsOTD?).

Busy configuring Outlook and trying to finish the first draft of my Dissertation proposal so I won't be around much today.

Or I might just say stuff that for a game of soldiers and take the kid(s) to the park instead.

So, I obviously didn't push the Alarm 1 button on my alarm clock last night so was 30 minutes late getting up. What a good start to Monday.
Still, the rain has stopped and nothing 'round 'ere appears to be flooded so I guess that's good.

Up at 05:00 to take Kalena to work, (she started at 06:00 this morning) and I have to give Mrs. V a shout in ten minutes or so, as she also has an early start... something to do with students getting there results today)

Morning all, been buggered about at work. Yesterday was supposed to be 4pm-2am, but got called in two hours early (illegally seeing as I hadn't had 12 hours between shifts) and today Im being called in two hours early again, which runs into the same problem...

Grrrr, if only the train company would man up and play ball, perhaps people wouldn't be running around like headless chickens

Been absent without leave since Friday. Went through to Inverness for a MRI scan and freaked out in the scanner Last time I had one done I was doped up with morphene but this time I was wedged in - literally. I've hardly been able to sleep since Friday, am all over the place and suffer from flashbacks. On top of that I'm supposed to go into hospital on Monday to establish a training regime to counteract the Ankylosing Spondylitis but everything depends on the MRI scan

And it's raining.

Morning all. Dinner is cooking. I'm at work. We had a really heavy flash shower as I was eating breakfast, but it cleared to a bright blue sky. 5 minutes into walk to work, I nearly drowned, as I hadn't bothered with my coat, given how beautiful it looked. I arrive at work, look out of my window, and it's beautiful again. Grrrr!
