Whilst that might be true, he had already parked at the back of the carpark along with another coach before I had arrived at 7pm. When I returned at 8pm, he had moved his coach forward an entire coachlength, therefore blocking me in. If he was on the clock, surely he shouldn't have moved forwards? Secondly should he have not parked somewhere where he was not obstructing others?
