Bratty why do I get the feeling this comment is incomplete? I feel there's something missing from the end. Is it strange your sister KNOWS bisexuals or do you feel bisexuals are strange?

I thought most teenage boys drew willys at some point in their pubescence. Does that make most teenage boys homosexual, Bratty?

Fixed Dave, I enjoy the 'unintentional porn' group on Facebook, but only because it's mainly the traditional vegges that you used to see in the greengrocers or subtle humour, not B=D and stuff like that (a dude wearing shades obviously) (I'm awaiting the first 'my dick is so big if I laid it on a keyboard it would go from a to z' response)

Every time I see that I just want to understand how it came to be described as representative of a "toileting monkey". Does anybody see any resemblance between this logo and a monkey taking a dump?

This 'fag' thing came up at work recently. The view from the resident homosexual man was that it depends on context as to whether offence would be taken. Between friends, no problem, spat at you by a bigoted, repressed thug, then yes. I'd be surprised if any of the gay community would actually find it offensive used in this context. I dunno.

I suppose it depends on the person being described, the person doing the describing and the context, as in any situation. I don't like inflammatory language generally, and throw-away commentary in a public forum such as this is something I find offensive.
I have never met a homosexual person who responds positively to terms like "fag" "homo" and the like, and I wouldn't be happy about the thought of a new person passing by this forum and reading this thread, thinking that is the view of the majority. Gay people may not be actively offended by a term, in the same way I wouldn't be actively offended by someone here calling me "fatty" but that's not the image I want this forum to have, in my opinion it makes the person using terms like that sound bigoted, uneducated and rude.
I'm not after turning this into a big deal, I just wanted it on record that not everyone here is comfortable with Brattys turn of phrase.

It's weird, we are talking about cigarettes right?!
But really, we (as in me and mates) use it to refer to death sticks, not homosexuals. I can't stand it. There's a girl where I work who is gay, and we have a little joke, a few digs, and she just laughs along, if we go to far, she'll say so, she's cool with it.
Don't know where I was going with that but meh...
Oh, and Zippy, +1

I find my mate's email address of "slaphead at yahoo" quite amusing, and my shiny head is sometimes the butt of gentle humour. However, I don't really like it when people comment on my baldness in a negative way. Laughter is a way of dealing with issues which are fundamentally unpleasant, and while it's all quite jolly in moderation it can get to you after a while. My ex was rather tall, and I used to joke about it quite a lot. I meant it in good humour, but apparently it wore thin quite quickly... If you think back to primary school, you might remember that teasing isn't always funny. LOL, look at the freak... Oh, and I now have Morrissey stuck in my head for the rest of the night
