Morning all,
got the house to myself today, a chance to start working through the back log of podcasts (around 48 hours worth), the podcasts being in English, being technical and of no interest to the kids, and me being stuck in the lounge has meant that I haven't had much chance to listen to them...

Morning World, Life has resumed it's previous state of abnormality, it's quite reassuring really. Work continues to be a bit demanding, but today I have to work on sorting out my holiday so it doesn't clash with other responsibilities that are coming up at the end of September, it will take a bit of planning so I'd better get on with it. Afternoon all.
Looks like I managed to achieve a respectable joint second in Julys photo comp. A big thankyou to everyone who voted and congratulations to bobbdobbs and his piggies for the winning entry.
I do hope the gardening I did yesterday comes up to scratch for the propert angents inspection today, toherwise I'm simply going to have to aquire a flame thrower to 'deal' with the problem.
Hmm, time for a spot of lunch now me things.

Morning all,
lovely sunny day here.
Managed to take the dog for a walk last night. My foot was sore afterwards, but not the same level as pain as before the op. Hopefully the pain will become less each day, as the wound heals.
