If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

YouTube hates Germany, doesn't it? The user has used a Guns n Roses track for his video, sadly.

Have a look at http://www.sheepo.es/ instead. No video, but a detailed account of the build. In Spanish.

Dave - you can download the video from here: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=OOGD95GT
The rest of his site is well worth nosing round as well in fact.

Thanks Alex. The second site you pointed to a video on Megavideo, I assume the video playback part of the last link you posted.

Germany has very lax copyright laws, for personal use - it is legal to make copies for myself and to shift format, I can also give copies away (up to 10 copies is considered reasonable). But on YouTube, you can't guarantee that less than 10 people will look at the video, therefore it is illegal and the rights holders can react quickly.

It is a shame that so many people put copyrighted music on their videos, it makes YouTube pretty much useless over here.

I have seen the video and think that the use of music by an individual for what is clearly a not for profit video, should be covered by fair use. He does actually credit the music artist as well.

Keep your Porche. I want THIS.

And I'm going to get it.

The new Millennium Falcon is available now in some place, but officially released in August.
