Yay! My company's IT dept have finally accepted the fact that X404 is NOT a Pr0n site, and I can now access the forums at work.  Morning all.

12 days to go until I'm married  Lots to do today, not least of which is going to my friends' house to carry on with the making-right. As for the legalities, it's all a bit complicated than would normally be the case. However, a mutual friend is a high-up legal bod and is lending his services for free. Furthermore, due to certain past events she wants rid of the house anyway. It's looking like she could pay off her mortgage and some other debts as well so it may yet turn out okay. However, I still have certain "friends" on standby. Fingers crossed. _________________Jim

Evening all. I may now have interwebz access in my accommodation. First day at new job today. Was so immensely good. Not that the last one was bad, but yay! The Frenchun's flight made it on time so that's good too. Saturday was as hectic as anticipated, worsened slightly by the letting agents not turning up to their office. At all. Hrmph!

Hi all.
Got woke up in the middle of the night by an Australian customer calling even though I wasn't on call.
Have moved the fish around to the new tank. Got to keep an eye on the nitrate levels still.

Why do I wake up after a reasonably good night's sleep feeling like I've been out the night before on the lash? This is getting tiresom, literally.

Well garden finally “finished” – as in all the hard landscaping done – a bit of planning left to do. Hope we keep this weather to enjoy it now
Anyway a hot day here in Londinium so at least 3 more sweaty tube journeys to do yet

Cloned the laptop hard drive (190GB over USB2 so left it going overnight), now waiting till the evening to swap them over.

Afternoon Got TV and and Sky HD talking in 1080i rather than 720p - they were being rather fussy before. Feeling very pleased with myself now  Last night I managed to get a 9' double ladder in the back of a Yaris  _________________Jim

Morning.
It's dark, wet & cold so far.
Another rubbish night sleep caused by brother-in-law & his girlfriend coming to visit us last night (read as, using it as an excuse to stay at ours so they can get up early & catch a plane to wherever they're going on holiday).
Now have to clean up the mess they made then go to work.
Wednesdays..........meh
