Director Steven Soderbergh quitting film to paint

He's a good, competent director, but I've always thought he was way over-hyped :?

'Die Hard 5' to Be Directed by John Moore

The new Die Hard movie has a script by Skip Woods and is said to feature McClaine's son, with some saying Fox may be setting up a passing of the baton.

Oh no we could be looking at Die Hard 15, what an unlucky family.

JHC, why hire a hack to damage your franchise even further?

And I hope to feck that Avengers pic isn't the best thing about the film considering recent efforts :(

I watched Thor last night and it was predictable. Entertaining and the effects were good. I loved the robot.

I saw RoboGeisha last night.
It bored me. There were too many talky, expositional scenes that were totally unnecessary and interrupted the flow of the action too much.

It's not just you.
I saw it without the cape and thought it looked rubbish.
The guy may look the part - in the images I saw of him, he did - but that suit is just wrong.

Ridley Scott's 'Monopoly' Movie Hires Writers

http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-v ... res-229944

Quote:
Monopoly may have been dropped by Universal but the project is still a hot piece of real estate.
Hasbro and Ridley Scott, who are producing the board game adaptation, are building up the property and have set Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski to pen a script.
The well-respected duo are best known for movies such as Ed Wood and People vs Larry Flynt, and more recently wrote the Stephen King adaptation 1408.
