Her left arm is fine. Women have a larger carrying angle which means their forearms splay out more compared to men.

No it's splayed, and there's shadow from her hair making it look like an elbow. The number of times I hear 'Photoshop' called on fairly mundane things makes me think some of you don't spend enough time looking at humans.

The elbow thing in women was one of the first things I learned in anatomy classes - I simply hadn't noticed it before but now notice it all the time. Do a google image search for something along the lines of "women elbows".
