Morning all, Just waved off my youngest, as he boarded the hovercraft on his way to London Comicon. He'll no doubt return, penniless, tired and with three "really cool" tee shirts that are far too big for him.

I've hired a wallpaper stripper and it was great. So of course it stopped working over the bank holiday weekend. I'll now have to take three days off from Tuesday since there's none in the local store, nobody drives on a Saturday, and I don't drive full stop.
Did I mention I'm dealing with woodchip? Oh, and the builder cracked my bathroom sink after doing a [LIFTED] job everywhere else. He also owes me a set of lights since they're apparently in his garage.
If I'm wrong and there is a god, I'm gonna put a [LIFTED] bullet in him.

Morning all. Sneaky police speed trap (I think) on the A1(M) this morning, about half way down one of the steepest hills on my route where it's quite easy to nudge a little above the limit  . Given the speed a lot of cars go down there hopefully nothing to worry about. Also, I really should have checked my phone before I left the house - I would have discovered my lift share wasn't going to work today before I set off rather than when I was siting waiting for them. So, first day of work off to an excellent start.
