Probably not, dunno. Don't really care, not enough hours in the day with this going to work business...

Also, avoiding screens is next to impossible, and the monitors are often wank and more likely to cause stress lol. You'd be better seeing what food sets you off and timing any exercising correctly, than feeling advice had ruined your life lol.

I can happily survive on 6 hours but usually asleep around 11pm and up at 6.45am on weekdays

I get between 3.5 and 4.5 hours a night, according to my sleep tracker.

That is going to bed around 9:30 and not having an alarm waking me up in the morning. I rarely sleep past 7:00, that long laying in bed hurts. But I am restless and keep waking up throughout the night.

I never feel as though I'm getting enough sleep, I don't know if that feeling of not enough sleep translates in to actually not getting enough sleep.
When I'm on-shift I'll typically get to sleep around 08:30-09:00 and then awaken around 15:00.
When I'm off-shift I'll normally go to bed around 05:00 and usually sleep until around 16:00.
I have been known to sleep through to about 20:00 on some off-shift days.

Baldrian (varlerian in English) is heavily advertised here as a natural remedy for sleep disorders. I keep thinking about giving it a try.
