With yours, I saw the young woman looking to the left first. Once you've seen one version, it's very hard to see the other one!
The one that Lev posted hurts my eyes as I actually see both at the same time.
I've been looking at it for a good 10 mins now and as soon as my brain works out I'm seeing one, it automatically switches to the other.
Weird.
