I read it as 1:35am. Bigger blob with smaller orbit = hour hand?
I wonder what the red squares mean. Tuesday perhaps, or maybe they flash annoyingly with minutes and seconds?

I saw one in a shop window in Brussels the other day. They are wonderful things to look at - but very expensive. €120 IIRC.
