EA just never learn, do they? ![]() It's [LIFTED] like this that makes me want to bow out of PC gaming altogether. |

I honestly think the games industry buys into it's own PR about piracy the way the music industry does... |

Tempting. I'm certainly getting bored of the endless stream of crap in between S.T.A.L.K.E.R. releases. If I stopped gaming I'd be able to afford my D700 a lot sooner too! |

I've dropped PC gaming. I was playing ARMAII once a month and Crysis even less. I just wasnt making use out of the tech at all. On topic this new C&C game looks [LIFTED]. Its not a 'proper' C&C game at all. I remember saying up until 3am with the original games on the PC building huge bases and a tank army. Where's the fun in this? |

It is rubbish. I have never bought a pirate game or downloaded a pirate game, All my games require a game CD to be playable which is a problem if you lose the disc but you do not have to be connected to the internet. |

Its looking like for the first time I will have no intention of buying a C&C game and I use to be one of those people that would have it on day one come hell or high water. I am well on the way to dropping modern PC gaming. My last few games have been bought specifically because they can run on my laptop. My desktop hasn't been switch on for a few weeks now. Plus I have just got FFXIII on the xbox 360 paid for by a chrimbo Game card pressie. |

PC gaming has always struck me as throwing up too many barriers for non-geeks, now the industry seems determined to p1ss them off too. Of course, piracy will get the blame when sales fall even further... And of course the consoles are now taking up the mantle of 'Knock it out, we'll patch it later' ![]() |

I was not that worried about PC gaming as the games that I like were not so high powered that I had problems with my hardware. Though the patching of console games after release is deplorable It is not as if they have a multitude of hardware issues to resolve. There are very few hardware variations for consoles. |
