Post subject:  Star Trek MMO?
I know that Star Trek Online exists but having taken a look at it it looks fairly old.

Is it any good?

Ideally I would like to play something similar to Eve Online but based around Star Trek.

Is STO the only one?

STO is a bit like Warhammer Online in the sense it's been bounced around a few developers... it is the only ST mmo that i know of...

Ah.

I just assumed it had been out. I heard about it years ago.

I'm sure it'll get going again since the movie release though.

like i said it's kinda been bounced around a bit... hopefully it'll see release and be ok... hasn't been a decent ST game in *ages* which is a shame

Hmmm, I reckon get it running the Unreal 3 engine, and if I do have to pay to play, make it relatively cheap, and they'll have my money!!! Shotgun the Enterprise!!!
