I'm the same, there seems to be little benefit in any sense to being 'bad' in most RPGs (or any game, really), so I'm always noble because at least that makes me feel slightly better!

I choose options which feel right so almost always end up being good. I did force myself to be bad in KOTOR but some of the choices are so harsh it's hard work!

I always think I'll play a game twice and be good and then be bad, but invariably I play it once, play as a good guy and carry on. I think the missions appear to be geared towards "good" player rather than "bad" player.

I've always played Bioware RPGs as a good character but I've been playing Witcher 3 much more 'down the middle'.

If there are alternate endings depending on your character being good or bad I'll play through at least once as a bad-un just to see what happens but generally I prefer being a good guy.
