I didn't build up the light/heavy armour perks. What's the benefit of these?

I went with the smithing perk and really maxed it out. Built legendary daedric armour. Must look up dragonscale armour though I love the look of the daedric armour.

You build up these perks by other people smacking you with sharp things  depending on whether your current armour is Light or Heavy. The defensive rating of any armour you wear then increases.

I went for light armour as I just can't stop getting overloaded. There's also a perk where if all your armour is in the light category, it becomes 25% more effective.

Ah! For some reason, I momentarily thought that the armour perks were related to making armour rather than using it. Mine's built up quite a bit but can't recall what level I've reached. My lock picking is in the 70s but I still struggle with a few locks - mainly master and expert ones.

Skyrim 1.4 patch to fix PS3 lag, says Bethesda

http://www.computerandvideogames.com/33 ... -bethesda/

I wonder if anyone would take a bet on that not working

Or ballsing up the rest of the game at the very least...

It crashed on me twice last night, one resulting in my PS3 going into “recovery mode”. It seems to hang at times when you move from location to location (the misty loading screen starts up, but does not display a 3D object) or when waiting. The only way out is to switch the machine off and on again. Whenever this happens, I fear for my HD getting corrupted. It’s the only game that seems to do this.

One of the reasons I got rid of Black Ops, couldn't be good for the HDD as you suggest.

Don't know if it's a glitch, but every time I go to the college of winterhold, or to dawnstar, when I haven't been for a few game days, I get attacked by a dragon. Happened the last 3 times in each place...

Hjoll the lioness (in Riften) is an indestructible follower. It also says on the wiki that you cannot kill her, at all. I've given her dragon plate armour and a legendary crafted ebony warhammer, so whenever enemies appear I have to get in quick before she slaughters the lot!

Indestructible eh?

If you keep attacking her can you improve your single/double handed attack?

Might try and get her as a follower then, all of mine keep dying (I now just leave them where I find them where possible after the archer getting decimated by a dragon after I forgot to give him a ranged weapon)

Anyone else been to solitude, stood next to the archery range and just kept taking arrows? I want glass/elven arrows but can't find any :(

I also went and stupidly at the start of the game sold my dragon scale/bones, now I need them to make my dragonscale armour! :(

Got a few glass and elven arrows but that's from looting quest locations.

Didn't know about indestructible followers. I had one and he died quickly. Never bothered after that. Frustratingly I've lost a few horses too!

Aela the Huntress from the Companions is also indestructible. This is because she's also the quest giver once you've completed the main story arc for the companions. If you also marry her you can get quite a lot of benefit very easily all told.

Not all followers are indestructible, only a couple. The rest are supposed to surrender, then after a bit of time recover unless you accidentally flame them or something.

After a while your follower will get fed up of you attacking them.

Glass and Elven arrows are found on enemies about level 28-30 and I think I picked up quite a few in dwemer cities off the guardian robot things.

Is there any point in getting a horse?
