OK, I'm thinking of upgrading my PC to get a GTX 260 GPU and need some games to play on it.

ATM I can play AC1 on highest settings and it is very playable and GRID on almost highest settings and Crysis plays at medium settings.

I've got Mirror's Edge which I can play on high (not highest atm) and I like the PhysX stuff.

From having a quick browse it seems the list of PhysX games is ridiculously small atm and (apart from UT3 and Mirror's Edge) they don't seem all that good.

So, what should I get/wait for next?

Burnout Paradise looks quite nice or HAWX, are there any good (i.e. not based around WWII) FPS games atm?

Paradise is a blast. Hawx is poor.

As for FPS's:

Stalker: Clear Sky (worth playing because the next one is about to come out)
Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena (great package)
ARMA 2 (insane realism)

All offer varying FPS experiences and have received good reviews across the board.

I know a lot of people panned it for being too short, but I found Crysis and Crysis Warhead an absolute joy to play. They also look sumptuous as well.

If you want a good Physx game, look no further than Cryostasis. It's a bit of a marmite game, suited to people who like to take their time and explore with a deep sense of being under-prepared, rather than a god-like run & gun power-trip. It is also a bargain at £15 in Game.

GRAW2 is also very physx orientated and really cheap now too, but a bit old. There are hundreds of games that use the Physx engine, but not so many that use hardware physx accelleration.

Protoype is immensely fun to play. You have claws which can chop people up, and then you eat them. :)

GTA4 is an awesome game, but it will make your PC squeal.

Halo 2 is good on the PC too.
