A friend and I both get our tickets online. Which does solve the problem if you actually win. They email you to tell you that you have a message. Stupidly they have a link, yet every time you have to avoid clicking on links.

Never would have happened if it was run by a non-profit organisation such as Virgin in the first place. All that lost money over many years and now it will be going abroad.
