Yes just like ITV 4 Guinness premiership at the moment ;)

That's just screwed. No countersinking going on there. I think they try and make it look professional by beating the screwheads into the surface with a hammer.

Or the Yorkshire equivalent. Or many regional variants, but yes.

Basically, it ain't countersunk, but it's been hit a bit.
