Facebook spokesperson Barry Schnitt wouldn't comment on how many accounts had been hit but he did confirm it was blocking any that had been compromised.

Looks like yet another classic case of people forgetting how dangerous the internet can be, if you don't know what you're doing.

There's clearly not enough paranoia going around these days. I miss the 90s.
