TBH it's now a bit odd that "**** off back to India" is considered racist and "**** back to Cornwall" isn't. I guess the major difference is that Cornwall is pretty much white. |

Depends on the context and level of ignorance I'd say - and you could often apply that to the 'victim' too, these things can get horrifically out of hand... |

Well the definition always changes in given instances doesn't it, but in this case, I think the EHRC have bigger fish to fry really... I suppose in general, you're into physical characteristics or behaviour needing to be quite different to be considered 'another race'.

Edd has been known to shout " Drive them back to France! back to France!!! " during rugby games. Is that racist? ![]() also isn't cornwall a keltic region like wales and ireland? surely they could exploit that |
