This has been all over the local news for the past couple of days. Why on this Earth you'd ever walk into Tesco et al in your pyjamas is beyond me. Thankfully I have yet to encounter anyone in their pyjamas in the Tesco on Western Avenue. |

Tesco might see it's profits drop in it's late night stores if it took that to it's logical conclusion... And speaking of those, I suppose it's kinda like going to the corner shop in your PJs and housecoat taken to the next level ![]() I wouldn't, especially as I'm boxers-only (t-shirt too if it's really cold) ![]() ![]() |

I wonder if they knew where their towel was?
If I did, I think I might point and laugh at them hysterically for a very long time. There was a story last year about mums picking up their little darlings from school in their dressing gowns. I mean, I'm all for dressing casually but PJs are really not designed for wearing out doors. Also, it's January! Brrr!! I guess it's up to them though. I probably shouldn't laugh really. |

FFS! I can understand doing it once for nappies if you've run out at three in the morning but regularly? Lazy bitch. |

It is Tesco's right to deny entry just as it is hers to wear pajamas outdoors. What is she trying to achieve by drawing attention to herself though? ![]() ![]() |

This ties in nicely with Caz's thread on Britain being a nation of slobs ![]() I mean WTF! I've needed to go shopping for something in the middle of the night, usually meds when I'm ill and I'd never think of going out the house without getting dressed first... ![]() |

Does that mean that Tesco's night-time customers are wandering around like this? ![]() Not in my local store they're not. |

It takes what, one minute to throw on socks, pants, trousers and t-shirt? The busy mum argument just doesn't stand up for me. I've never seen anyone in a supermarket wearing their PJ's. If I did I'd probably thing they'd escaped from the local loony bin. |

Paul1965's pic has me wondering, if the pyjamas thing really catches on, will we get women trying to outdo each other? I'd actually go shopping then ![]() |
