“respond kinetically” = “blow things up with Big Machines”.

I also see that we have an “Office of Cyber Security” - nice to see those Whitehall boys have been taking notice of trends in science fiction naming conventions.

Yeah they are in GCHQ and are part of CESG............. 8-)
