https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-51581497 That already looks like the dumbest move ever unless they eventually have him bang to rights on something through intelligence. Which they can never reveal anyway. They just labelled him a terrorist and now they'll have to back it up or they've massively enhanced his image and profile. Especially if he sues. Purely off-hand, it looks like you can be charged under anti-terrorism legislation for (maybe rightly) telling the police to do one with a dodgy request. |
