The endless fake 'reality' shows like Strictly, The Apprentice, and Masterchef had finally taken their toll. Printed off a screenshot of my direct debit for Netflix and sent them that as proof, got a refund cheque back covering X months (they can refund straight back to your account if need be).
Something to consider really, how much BBC content do you consume? And I do appreciate the irony of linking to their website; I don't know if that's included in the licence fee lol, but even it's turning into The Daily Express on occasion, 'WHEN HARRY MET MEGAN'...
