It depends. IPoCP is high bandwidth, but obv. high latency too, and so not suitable for most purposes. I've read of carrier pigeons apparently being used by photographers and the like working at white-water rafting centres in remote areas. |

I sent an ICMP package to Google last year. I'm still waiting for the reply. As someone commented elsewhere; a 1TB disk taped to the back of a tortoise is often faster than 1Gb Ethernet. |
