14th floor room, too many steps... If it is that tall, it has to have elevators by law. :roll:

And Spain is full of Spaniards? Whoda thunk it?

That they didn't inform her until only 10 days before departure, that the dates had changed seems to be the only genuine complaint in the whole article.
