Middlesbrough modified Kodi box trader gets suspended jail term - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-tees-41692804 In other words they likely did a deal with him over having the tricky legality issues actually come under scrutiny. They can claim it's illegal when it's never been peer or pressure tested in a court. Not really. I'm reminded of a defendant claiming they were found not guilty, when what really happened was there wasn't enough evidence. This isn't the end of the issue by a long shot. |
