Patched already in all supported versions of Windows (10th October).

Apple should have patches out in the next few days.

Google is still working on fixes for its kit.

A couple of the more reputable Wi-Fi appliance providers (Ubiquiti, Intel, Cisco, Aruba) have already patched, but the usual suspects (Netgear, TP-Link and Co.) haven't said anything yet.

Devices from defunct manufacturers will always be at risk and most IoT devices will probably never get updates, the same goes for a vast majority of Android devices.

The Infineon TPM module debacle is of more concern at the moment.
