Having grown up near Glasgow the old Bucky bottles could usually be found all over the place. Never saw an Easter Egg though. I never realised it contained caffeine, combined with the relatively high alcohol content that certainly explains some of its reputation.

Well, in this case it's not been sanctioned by the Buckfast people so there is at least a level of passing off/trademark infringement (assuming the Buckfast Abbey holds such a thing).
I have no problem with a boozy Easter Egg for the grown ups (apart from not liking any combination of alcohol and chocolate I've ever had). Buckfast however wouldn't have been on my shortlist if I was the confectioner though in much the same way as I wouldn't go for a white lightning or MD 20/20 Egg either.

The inclusion of a lighter is puzzling.

Because once you've had your chocolate egg and Buckfast it'll be time for nice relaxing smoke... or something stronger (although it didn't say it came with a spoon as well so maybe I'm being a bit too grim there).
