I could pitch a movie to WB of me spending an hour and a half on the loo having an epic poo. That has about as much chance of being made by a major studio of as film about Nigel. Some looney leaver with more money than brain cells may well finance some low rent hagiography that nobody will go and see, but big studios need to make money. LOTS of money. A film about a tosser like Farage really isn't going to get those tills ringing. Apart from anything else most of his fans haven't been to the cinema since they introduced talkies because they prefer things how they used to be.
