http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-p ... s-38403872 How about we stop pissing money away on useless bulk data collection and foreign wars, then ensure the security forces have the wit and manpower to utilise the incredible powers we keep granting them? But then you'll never admit that things like the snooper's charter are multi-million pound distractions for on the job incompetence because it's your baby. Staff continually maintaining watchlists of suspected terrorists is where we fall down every month, one way or another. It usually means people die needlessly. Every other government has the balls to criticise it's security forces in public, why the hell are we so different? |
