I don't believe the deal gets rid of Ecclestone (yet), just CVC's "interest" in the commercial rights to the sport. |

Indeed. Allegedly the deal will give Liberty the largest single shareholding (something like 35%) but Bernie won't be selling any of his share. I dare say he's hoping one of the other media mega-corporations comes in and a bidding war starts so he can get the most possible cash from the deal. Jonathan |
