She basically wants another establishment figure to look into it, even though she admits that the establishment covered it up in the first place. She might as well shout 'Proles! Thousands of 'em!' and have done with it.

then state organisations, including church, Govt. and the BBC, should not have wildly abused children that were in their (so called) care
but these children were placed in care, deliberately, to be abused

and this is still being covered up by all means possible ...
