Snobby gits get there come uppance, after complaing about BT's big boxes.

I was just about to post this story.

I can see where the residents are coming from. Why aren't BT removing the old boxes?

Surely once the switch over has been done, they're redundant?

As for the increased size, perhaps making them wider rather than taller would be preferred in some circumstances?

As its a trial the boxes are there only for the duration of the trial and a decision on whether they stay or not, I assume will be taken at the end of the trial and thus the old boxes stay otherwise youre just increasing the cost of the trial with an inherant risk of increasing the cost.

Who wants 1.8 metre (6 feet) tall boxes on their street? That's ridiculously huge.
