If the government cut the duty the oil companies will increase their prices to take all the savings that the Chancellor wanted to give to the driver.

The prices here go up and down by as much as 10p a day!

So basically, either it's the Govt's fault, or the oil companies. Either way, it's the average Joe who gets screwed over.
