Will they dig him up and put him on the sex offenders register?

I note none of his alleged "victims" came forward when he was alive.
Now he is dead and people see how much money he has left in his will out they all pop claiming this, that and the other clearly hoping to get money out of it.
Can't they just let the man rest in peace?

Perhaps they didn't feel able to until now because of his celebrity and popular image. If they're after a payout they'd be in the civil courts, not seeking a criminal prosecution. The burden of proof is also lower in civil cases than it is for criminal cases.

Also this isn't specifically about Saville, but also about the organisation and people who were complicit in allowing this to happen.

The first accuser, I have a tendency to partially believe. Everyone one after, I expect to be on the band wagon for attention or cash. It's just what I assume for all of these cases.

Given there were claims against both Michael Jackson and Gary Glitter whilst they were alive, I'm surprised there were no claims back when Savile was alive. I'm even more surprised given that he passed away almost a year ago.
Another claim is "Wearing a shell suit so that he could easily pull down the elastic trousers to assault his victims" - WTF?!?! Shell suits were all the rage back in the 80s. Even I remember wearing mine.
Next, it'll be Cliff Richard!

Didn't see the documentary last night, but they had to edit out the name of a 3rd celebrity who allegedly abused 14 year olds along with Gary Glitter and Jimmy Savile in his dressing room... http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/i- ... ry-1359297(apologies for the red top link)

The BBC is gong to do a lot of fire fighting over the next few weeks. I can't see this going away whatever the veracity of the claims.
