Whoever came up with that one must have had a head injury. It is guilty until you pay to try and prove your innocence. If anything, whoever is making the allegation should pay the £20. |

Someone in the IP protection industry, I'd have thought. The 'dumb [LIFTED]' quotient in there seems to be very high. |

There is also an issue with the wording. They are saying you pay £20 to appeal against an allegation. To me that suggests that they see the allegation as a conviction. So £20 to DEFEND yourself against an allegation. [LIFTED], the lot of them. |
