... called Windows 8. I suspect that's not a huge surprise to most people.
Microsoft have also spent a shed load on the redesign of the Windows logo so it fits in with the Metro interface:

PCPro Clickey

I really hope they didn't pay anyone a large fee for that one.

Maybe Greece sold the rights to it's flag design to MS so it could stay financially afloat for another hour or so?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Greece

Various ones look very much like it. For example "State flag on land, 1822–1969 and 1975–78" and "Ceremonial flag of Greece"

"During the House of Wittelsbach" it was pretty much the exact shade of blue, too.

I particularly liked the comment on PCPro that suggested MS had immortalised the BSOD in the Windows logo no less than 4 times.

Gawd. When I look a that list of presenters, I find out they are all around the age of my parents.

In my mind, they are much younger.

Nothing like as exciting as it may seem.

Amongst her other duties, she's the Chancellor of Exeter Uni. Whilst I was doing my placement in the networking team there we had a call due to the absence of any wireless signal in the rooms that are kept for her on campus (it was graduation time and she was there to hand out the degrees), so we had to go in and install some additional kit.
